In England and Wales it is a criminal offence for anyone not authorised in writing by the club to sell — or otherwise dispose of — a ticket for a designated football match. That is section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, extended to online sales by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 and the Ticket Touting (Designation of Football Matches) Order 2007.
The wording is deliberately wide. It catches offering a ticket, exposing one for sale, making a ticket available for sale by another, and advertising that a ticket is available for purchase. Face value doesn't help. Not making a profit doesn't help. A noticeboard counts.
So this desk does the honest version instead: it tells you exactly when each fixture goes on sale, which membership tier you realistically need, and sends every transaction to Arsenal's own authorised Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer. That is the only legal secondary market for these games, and it is the one that protects your membership.
No tickets, no money, no listings. Just a board of who is heading to which away day, so people flying in from Brisbane, Kuala Lumpur or Dublin can find each other for a pre-match pint.

The ticket law covers tickets. It does not cover the rest of it — and there is a genuinely underserved market in matchday programmes, retro shirts, pin badges, ticket stubs from finals and old Highbury ephemera.
That is a real marketplace, it is completely legal, it fits this site's whole programme-and-archive personality, and nobody has built a good Arsenal-specific one. If you want a marketplace, build that one.
